With One-on-One Private Training at the Center, you and your dog learn together at a pace you are comfortable with.
Personalized programs, flexible scheduling.

Together we work as a team to help your canine be balanced and well-adjusted in the home. After each session, you will receive what we went over and the importance of practice what was learned in your instructions.

My techniques are easy to understand and have shown to be successful with past clients and their dogs. I can customize training to fit your needs, from basic or advanced training techniques to problem-solving specific behaviors.

Understanding our dogs is the 1st step and how to communicate with them is the 2nd step. No matter if you have a brand-new puppy or a 10-year-old mixed breed, all dogs can be taught their role in the household, so they are content and happy dogs.

Term
The number of training sessions granted to and constituting this agreement shall be XXX sessions. Said number of sessions can and will be extended, with the same terms as this agreement by verbal agreement among the Parties. If client chooses to have six (6) session the cost, for all six (6) sessions will by Five-Hundred and Fifty Dollars ($550.00).

Scope of Work
Employees or agents of Understanding Your Dog, LLC will provide one-on-one, responsible, safe, dog training at the premises of Understanding Your Dog, LLC.. The subject dog’s owner will endeavor to create and insure a safe and hospitable environment for training purposes. Employees or agents of Understanding Your Dog, LLC will teach, demonstrate, and observe owners and the subject dog (s) to help deepen the bond between owner and the subject dog(s). It is understood that during group sessions the subject dog is under the control and care of the dog owner and not employees or agents of Understanding Your Dog, LLC.

Indemnification / Liability Release and Waiver:
It is understood, by the subject dog owner that canine training comes with inherent risks. The unders igned agrees to indemnify and hold harmless all employees and agents of Understanding Your Dog, LLC from all claims that may arise during and after this agreement, to include but not limited to: changes in behavior of the subject dog, reasonable property damage, incidents with other canines and the like. Dog Owner releases ALL Understanding Your Dog, LLC employees and agents of any liability that may occur during this contractual period including but limited to dog bites that occur during training sessions, property damage, and all other forms of mischief that may occur. It is understood that their will be a “secure pole” in the training area of Understanding Your Dog, LLC’s premises for the express and sole purpose of securing disobedient canines.

Cancellation Policy:
All cancelations must occur 24-hour in advance of scheduled visit via a phone call with message, text message or email.

Mutuality:
The subject dog owner understands and agrees that they are being taught to train their dog. Effective dog training takes cooperation with employees or agents of Understanding Your Dog, LLC and the owner practicing the techniques demonstrated by employees or agents of Understanding Your Dog, LLC with their dog with concerted time and effort over a reasonable amount of time. Ultimately, employees or agents of Understanding Your Dog, LLC are not responsible if a subject dog’s undesirable behaviors continue, as the subject dog owner understands that this contract is dealing with a canine brain and matters of upbringing, breeding, genetics, and other matters are outside the employees or agents of Understanding Your Dog, LLC purview, dominion and control.

Rate and Application Fee: The amount due is XXX and will consist of XXXX sessions. It is agreed and understood by customer that there is a $100.00 (One- Hundred Dollars and Zero Cents) Application Fee that shall accompany this application. Said Application Fee will be applied to the 1st Session of training.
